Ming understands that the importance of property management are affected by many factors including, rent, condition of property, relationship with tenant and landlord, communication, knowledge of maintenance issues, knowledge of the real estate law and many more.
Ming has a a background in accounting which made him sensitive to the details of every issue. Before starting a career in real estate, Ming has worked In the hospitality industry to develop exceptional customer service skills. After working 2 years as the property manager Ming values tenants and landlords highly and takes pride in his service.
Ming is an exceptional learner as he excelled in property management in a short period of time and is now the team leader of the rental department, he constantly strives for better performance and assists other team members when needed.
Ming is not only fluent in English but also speaks Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese which makes him exceptional in relationship building with landlords and clients of different ethnicity.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and playing sport. He loves being around with his family members as that reminds him the importance of relationship and he enforces this attribute into customer relationship building.
